GOArt collaborates with several departments within the University of Gothenburg when it comes to education. Programmes and courses within the field of performance are arranged in collaboration with the Academy of Music and Drama. The director of studies for the Church Music Programme is Maria Bania.
Courses within the field of cultural heritage are arranged in collaboration with the Department of Conservation. The Director of Studies is Anna Östnäs.
This new Master’s Programme will focus on the organist as a solo and chamber music artist! The programme will give both breadth and depth to organ soloists and is open for those with a bachelor’s degree in music.

The biannual Göteborg International Organ Academy has taken place at the University of Gothenburg since 1994. With different themes and an international faculty, students, organ builders, researchers and organ friends have gathered in Gothenburg to celebrate and experience the art of the organ.
GOArt has been active internationally in educational matters. We have collaborated with among others the Smarano Organ Academy and with the Eastman School of Music, Rochester University. Future collaboration includes the Hochschule für Künste, Bremen.
